ClubHub
How ClubHub works

From listing to handshake, protected the whole way.

ClubHub uses escrow, public Q&A and a buyer-held release code so you can buy and sell used clubs without the lowballers, the spam or the scams.

The deal

Three steps, no surprises.

01

List or ask — in the open

Sellers post a club with photos, full specs and an asking price. Buyers ask questions right on the listing, where everyone can see the answer. No private DMs means no spam and no repeated questions.

Free to list · Public Q&A
02

Pay into escrow

When a buyer is ready, they pay through TradeSafe. The money is held safely in escrow — the seller can see it's secured, but nobody can touch it yet. Only now does a private 1-on-1 chat open to arrange the meet-up.

Funds secured · Chat unlocks
03

Meet, inspect, release

At the meet-up the buyer inspects the club in person. Happy? They hand the seller a release code. The seller enters it and the escrowed funds are released. That exchange is final — control stays in the buyer's hands until the moment they're satisfied.

Built-in protection

What keeps every deal honest.

Escrow by TradeSafe

Every payment is held by a regulated escrow provider — not by ClubHub and not by the seller — until the release code is exchanged at the meet-up.

The 7-day safety window

If the code isn't exchanged within seven days of payment, the buyer can cancel and is refunded in full. A deal only becomes irreversible once the code is redeemed.

No spam DMs, ever

Questions live publicly on the listing. Private chat exists only inside a paid deal, scoped to the two people in it. Sellers never get cold-messaged.

Member trust scores

Every member earns a score from completed deals, real ratings, identity verification and responsiveness — so you know who you're dealing with before you commit.

Trust scores

A reputation you can actually read.

Each member carries a single score out of 100, built from four signals. Hover any member's badge to see the breakdown.

Identity

Email, phone and TradeSafe KYC verification each lift the score.

Completed deals

Real transactions count — with diminishing returns, so volume helps but can't be gamed.

Ratings

A Bayesian average of star ratings keeps a single review from skewing the picture.

History

Account age and Q&A responsiveness reward good citizens; cancellations and disputes cost.

Ready when you are

Trade clubs the way it should be done.
